  HELLO AND WELCOME! My name is Sabine Marienthal, I am a Realtor and I love what I do! I entered the real estate business more than 10 years ago; how we buy and sell homes has changed tremendously since that time.  Buyers in particular know so much more than they used to thanks to the enormous amount of information that can be found on the Internet.

I was born and educated (business degree) in Hamburg , North Germany and have lived in the United States for over 25 years. First in California, then New Mexico, Colorado, New York’s Hudson Valley and for the last five years here in Asheville. Because of my work as a Realtor I know Asheville better than the city I was born in and I have come to love this beautiful place in the mountains. Having relocated repeatedly in the past I also thoroughly understand the challenges and joys of moving and finding that next “perfect” home.
